Getting started

  1. Install PowerBuild from the App Store.
  2. Tap Sign in with Apple (recommended) or Sign in with email if you have an existing account.
  3. Open Settings → Programs, browse the library, and activate a program.
  4. Use the Train tab to follow your week and log workouts.

There is no in-app email registration on the login screen. New accounts are created via Sign in with Apple.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data in the app:

  1. Open Settings (gear tab).
  2. Tap your account row → Delete account.
  3. Email/password users: enter your current password.
  4. Sign in with Apple users: type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Workout history, programs, and profile data tied to your account are removed from our servers.

Community programs

Under Settings → Programs → Community, users can browse and activate workout programs shared by other lifters. Community content consists of program names and workout structure (exercises, sets, WODs) — there is no chat, messaging, or photo sharing.

To report an inappropriate program title or description, email support@powerbuild.app with the program name and a brief description of the issue.

Password recovery

On the login screen, tap Sign in with email, then Forgot password?. Enter your email and the one-time code sent to you, then set a new password (minimum 10 characters).
